The Regenerative Agriculture Business Accelerator (RABA) is a bold initiative focused on helping U.S. farmers and agricultural businesses transition to regenerative practices through profitable, regionally adapted business models.

At its core, RABA brings together commercial operators, regenerative research farms, and industry experts in structured learning cohorts. These cohorts work collaboratively to pilot and refine regenerative strategies that are not only ecologically sound but also economically viable across different crops, regions, and supply chains.

While regenerative agriculture is gaining momentum, many producers still face challenges in scaling these practices within real-world business constraints. RABA is designed to bridge that gap, offering hands-on support, peer learning, and market alignment to ensure that regeneration doesn’t just work in theory, but delivers tangible results on the ground and in the books.

Each cohort engages in on-farm trials, business model development, economic analysis, and storytelling support to build and test regenerative approaches that make sense within local and regional contexts. The result is a growing set of practical, field-tested business models that demonstrate regeneration can be more profitable for everyone, from farmers to companies to consumers.
