Projects:
Regenerative Landscapes
Program

Smallholder farmers face high costs and little support when transitioning to regenerative agriculture, leaving them without markets, measurement, or feedback systems to make change scalable and sustainable.

The Regenerative Landscapes Program orchestrates partnerships to transition existing smallholder systems into regenerative agriculture and agroforestry models that are profitable, measurable, scalable and market-linked.

Problems Addressed:

High Transition Costs

Farmers face high costs and risks in the transition, often without technical support.

Market Access

Most smallholder farmers lack access to profitable markets and measurement tools. They are central to global food security but often operate on degraded land with insecure markets and limited capital.

Lack of Feedback

Without feedback systems, transitions become inconsistent and fragmented rather than holistic and scalable.

Lack of Business Models

Current practices lack the scale, business models, and financing structures needed for long-term regeneration. Funders want watershed-scale transformation, but few existing models demonstrate farmer-led scalability with economic viability.

Impact Areas

How does it work

Why is it different

We work on the ground with farmers in diverse geographies (for now in Kenya, Indonesia, Brazil), helping farmers to build capacity to adopt regenerative practices with scientific validation and monitoring.

We Integrate farmers into local, national, and international markets, ensuring projects are designed to become self-sustaining once initial support ends.

We provide technical expertise in regenerative methods and measurement.

We create a structured program with clear feedback loops to reduce transition costs and risks and bridge the gap between project developers and funders, making investment flow more efficient, by using a replicable model that can be adapted to landscapes worldwide.

We do not start from scratch, we build on proven systems with verified impact metrics.

Our market-driven design ensures long-term profitability and continuity.

While our global orchestration approach links local practice with global markets, science, and finance.

This is more than a program, it’s a blueprint for lasting regeneration.

By linking local action with global systems, we are laying the foundation for sustainable food security and thriving landscapes worldwide.
