Last week, we’ve introduced what RARE (Regenerative Agriculture Research Enterprise) is and why it matters. Now it’s time to turn blueprint into action. Thanks to the VF Foundation’s grant, we’re kicking off Phase 1, a focused pilot in South America that will prove our model at scale.

Where We Are Today

  • Technical design finalized for our cloud-hosted library

  • Hybrid AI translation pipeline (SLM + LLM + RAG glossary) tested on sample docs

  • Core Regional Network partners onboarded in Brazil, Colombia & Peru

Regenerative Agriculture Research - Phase 1 Roadmap (Q3 2025)

  1. Document Ingestion:

    1. import and translate 5,000 priority reports (Portuguese, Spanish, French, English)

    2. award $50–100 K pilot grants to field partners for new smallholder studies

  4. MVP Launch & Testing:

    1. internal demo of our searchable library and dashboards,

    2. user-testing sprints with farmers, extension agents & researchers, Iterate based on real-world feedback

What to Expect

  • Early-access dashboards showing ingestion progress and translation accuracy

  • Co-branding opportunities for pilot partners
